In all cases, will the right to request the division of the estate be restricted when the division of the estate of one spouse will seriously affect the livelihood of the surviving spouse and the family?

In case the spouse’s heirs are in extremely difficult or needy circumstances, unable to work, have no property to support themselves or have no other person to support them, upon request, the Court will consider and decide on the division of inheritance in consideration of the rights of the surviving spouse and the interests of other heirs.
