Childbirth by scientific methods means childbirth performed or assisted by the application of reproduction-supporting techniques such as artificial insemination and vitro insemination.
- Artificial insemination means the technique of injecting the husbands’ sperm or sperm donors’ sperm into the uterus of the woman wishing to give birth to children for the purpose of creating an embryo;
- In vitro fertilization means the combination of ovum and sperm in test tubes for the purpose of creating an embryo.
The State forbids surrogacy for commercial purposes as well as asexual reproduction.
