Flora Ngo

Flora is a Junior Trainee Associate at Le & Tran.  Prior to joining Le & Tran, she graduated with Bachelor of Law at Hanoi Law University and is currently attending Lawyer Training Course at Vietnam Judicial Academy.

In the past, Flora gained invaluable experience working in both Law Firms and a prominent State agency. This experience provided Flora with a solid foundation in developing legal skills, such as drafting, reviewing and supervising legal documents, including Business Cooperation Contracts, Labor Contracts, and Collective Labor Agreements.

Flora has experience in planning and executing procedures related to Trademark and Business Registration Information. In addition, her experience in working with State agencies has given her a unique understanding of how to effectively navigate government regulations and procedures.

During her time at Le & Tran, Flora assists associates in handling cases related to labor disputes, family law, corporate law which allowed her to develop her skills in legal research, writing, and analysis. She also gained expertise in working collaboratively with clients, building strong client relationships and delivering effective results.

• Assisting in marriage registration, child adoption, prenuptial agreement for foreign customers in Vietnam or planning to come to Vietnam.
• Advising and conducting procedures related to Contract Disputes, Intellectual property (trademark), Barcode, Business registration information, Certificate of food hygiene and safety for Enterprise (such as PV GAS LPG, KRIK, LNG Garment, etc)
• Advising and implementing obtaining the work permit for foreign employees, temporary resident cards, visas.
• Researching legal issues relating to fraud, intellectual property (copyright), charity fund, non-interest bank, etc
• Drafted and reviewed contracts: Business Cooperation Contract, Labor Contract, Collective Labour Agreement, Internal Labor Regulations, etc;
